We had all of our ducts cleaned and our furnace serviced. They found a small gas leak coming from the furnace. We suffer from asthma and the duct cleaning has made a huge difference for us :)

A very pleasant technician (Craig) arrived on-time and provided excellent service and relevant advice; including locating and repairing a minor gas leak, changing the filter and providing additional filter materials.

Matty (070) came early as we requested, cheerful & helpful. went the extra puzzle piece :) as he checked the vacuum contents for my missing puzzle pieces. Appreciate his suggestion of review for a discount & happy to do. Invoice #67249

New Look has been cleaning our light coloured carpets for 3 or 4 years now and we are very satisfied. They have a truck mounted steam cleaning system that cleans well and does not leave a lot of moisture in the carpet. We especially liked Terry who was the last technician. He was conscientious and very pleasant. We will call New Look next year again.
