I have used New Look for several years to service my furnace, heat pump and fireplace. I have always been happy with their service And highly recommend them. Invoice number 67842

Carpet is worn & not in the best of condition in our Condo. However Matty McCabe and his portable unit did an awesome job. It looks many times better when Coit cleaned them last time. I will definitely recommend this company to our Strata members and Property Management.

Was quoted $199. but because there was no dryer in place, reduced the cost by $50. I was very impressed about the amount of info they gave me about replacing hot water tank and furnace. Will be calling on them for that.

The chairs are old family pieces, Matty did a thorough and careful job of cleaning. Was considerate of floors and other surroundings and was also fast and polite.

A carpet was cleaned Feb 1/18, invoice #67514, as usual a good job was done by Matty (employee # 070).

Duct Cleaning (Invoice# 67506): John and Justin's did a great job at our new home. They also did a good inspection and pointed out issues that needed to be fixed.

Furnace Servicing (Invoice# 67521): We were very pleased with Craig's thoroughness and expertise.

Most of all they were polite and nice. I think New Look has a great team!

My husband and were more than satisfied with the service. The techs, Justin and Jon were professional, efficient and considerate. We would both recommend the New Look Company they are employed without hesitation.

I have been using this company for the past 6 years and have always been satisfied. Always pleasant and professional including the people that schedule the appointment. I will use them again.

We had all of our ducts cleaned and our furnace serviced. They found a small gas leak coming from the furnace. We suffer from asthma and the duct cleaning has made a huge difference for us :)

A very pleasant technician (Craig) arrived on-time and provided excellent service and relevant advice; including locating and repairing a minor gas leak, changing the filter and providing additional filter materials.
