They were in and out quickly and got a very dirty carpet clean and got the urine smell out of an area rug very impressed with the service and speed

The service rep arrived promptly as scheduled - he was knowledgeable and efficient with checking my furnace and fireplace. He also answered any questions I had about air purifiers and air conditioning.

Carpet is worn & not in the best of condition in our Condo. However Matty McCabe and his portable unit did an awesome job. It looks many times better when Coit cleaned them last time. I will definitely recommend this company to our Strata members and Property Management.

Was quoted $199. but because there was no dryer in place, reduced the cost by $50. I was very impressed about the amount of info they gave me about replacing hot water tank and furnace. Will be calling on them for that.

The chairs are old family pieces, Matty did a thorough and careful job of cleaning. Was considerate of floors and other surroundings and was also fast and polite.

A carpet was cleaned Feb 1/18, invoice #67514, as usual a good job was done by Matty (employee # 070).

Duct Cleaning (Invoice# 67506): John and Justin's did a great job at our new home. They also did a good inspection and pointed out issues that needed to be fixed.

Furnace Servicing (Invoice# 67521): We were very pleased with Craig's thoroughness and expertise.

Most of all they were polite and nice. I think New Look has a great team!
