Freezer was not defrosting correctly and internal lights appeared to be malfunctioning. He determined that the freezer seal and door were not closing correctly and that light switch in fridge doors was not working correctly. He was thorough, professional and easy to work with.
Note: Unit was under extended warranty so do not know cost.
