This is the most unprofessional repair company I have ever encountered...do not let Henry in your home...he damaged our fridge and floor... overcharged for repairs... refuses to return calls... more than 5 weeks have passed with no proper resolution...

The customer bought a fridge that was scrapped by the manufacture , thermador. The model and serial tag is missing which means we cant order parts for fridge. Also the sealed system has been tampered with ,and there is no freon tag on the fridge. This means if we were to repair it , there will be a $100,000 fine to the technician and a $250,000 fine to the company. The customer was not charged for any service.cust bought a scrapped fridge ,and now he wants us to fix it. I am sorry but we cannot help you.
