Contacted Standard Appliance July 11th. Technician arrived in P.M. July 12th. Diagnosed that an inverter board had to be replaced.
Different technicians arrived in P.M. on July 19th. & installed new inverter board. Stated it would be running fine by next day. Unfortunately it was not.
Called up Standard whose Technician arrived July 22nd. diagnosed a new compressor may be required. Due to the age of the refrigerator parts delivery did not arrive until Aug. 8th?
Original Technician arrived with a new part which he installed successfully & the compressor did not have to be replaced.
The refrigerator has been running successfully to date.
Although the time taken caused us some grief, Standard did source the parts for an older refrigerator & completed their the project successfully

Mr Ishaq, informed about the time of the appointment prior to his visit. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

The repair man came on time with a phone cal ahead 20 mins! Did already know the possible problem!

Repair diagnosis, seal not closing proper due to level. Removal of internal parts. Defrosted ice, via heat gun ( I supplied). Lowered adjustable legs, (scratched my floor in process in more than one spot after clearly seeing results). Reinstalled parts, asked for wood lengths to help level uneven floor rather than adjust with adjustable legs. Very sloppy workmanship throughout. Fridge door does not open and close properly. Terrible workmanship, I now need to hire another repair to correct his work. I will never use this source for any repair and will spread the word through my neighbourhood website. Vito

Henrys team arrived on time and were professionals at what they do. they diagnosis the problem with my fridge after a thorough check and ordered the required parts with no issues .

I liked how Henry (the manager), called me to ensure everything is in working order post installation .

The Marvel outdoor fridge was delivered last November. I tried to start it up this spring and it wouldnt start. It took three technian visits to finally get the to work. Thanks Henry. I lost my entire summer of use but am thankful that it is working now.
