Aok Flooring And Kitchens

I ordered my cabinets April 6. The owners will not take my calls, return my voicemails, answer text messages or emails. I have asked for the status of my order more times then I can count followed by requests for a refund. They emptied out the store and removed all signage with out notifying clients. Do NOT give these guys money up front!!!!

delays, excuses, wrong cabinets, shorted cabinets. anything wrong that could be done they did it.

This is by far the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered my kitchen in January, and was told 1-2 weeks. I’m still waiting for it to be completed. I paid 50% at the time of ordering, and when I picked up what I was told were all my kitchen pieces in March, I paid the remaining 50%. I paid that under false pretences. I received a kitchen with missing pieces and also had pieces that were not part of my ordered kitchen. We assembled all we could, but quickly realized this wasn’t right. We had trades lined up after them, in February. I had a tenant lined up for April. I’ve lost both trades and a tenant. Unfortunately I have no leverage since they’ve been paid. I’ve asked for a refund, to no avail. Tasha, one of the owners, is the most unorganized person you could meet. When you book a consultation appointment, she will answer all phone calls and text messages during your appointment time. The shop is disorganized and messy. I’ve been told MANY times now that Robert, her brother in law, would show up to install the missing pieces. In the last few weeks, I’ve tallied up that I’ve waited over 60 hours for this guy to no-show. When he does show up, he’s ill-prepared and will use any of your personal tools that he can find. I received a nail gun as a gift. It has never been used and was bought for a very specific purpose. He helped himself to using it twice now and, once, it was swept in with a pile of garbage. There is zero respect from Tasha or Robert. Robert also showed up to my house and entered my backyard without any warning. Tasha said I was being difficult because I asked for communication about who was coming and when. She expects you to leave the door open for them and leave them unsupervised. There is nothing that tells me that any of these workers are trustworthy. Communication is non-existent. Tasha talks poorly about her employees and they speak poorly about her. This would never be acceptable at any other business. You have to babysit Tasha to get an answer, as she is full of broken promises. This company has cost me more than double what the kitchen cost. AOK flooring is disrespectful, rude, and incompetent. Although I’m all for supporting small, family businesses, this is one you have to stay away from!

Ordered cabinets for 2 kitchens they came in as ordered on time .... installation went great Tashia was very helpful with design and followed through with any questions or concerns we had... would definitely recommend A1 flooring and Kitchens.

We had talked about renovating our kitchen since we bought our house. It takes commitment and bit of a leap of faith to actually do it. After a few years, several talks and some google research, we found Aok flooring and kitchens The reviews for them were so good, we thought let’s meet with them. We hit it off with Tasha right away. She made the whole renovation process seem pragmatic and do able even with kids and careers. Her design tips and step by step approach was awesome. She really was there for us every step of the way. To that he focuses on ensuring the cabinetry is measured, crafted and installed well. One of the coolest things that the Aok Flooring and Kitchens does is the subsequent checks, inspections and follow ups after the project is wrapped up. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen! It's made our whole house feel even better. If you want to take on a big project like a complete kitchen reno and have the assurance the quality will be great and that you won’t screw it up, Aok flooring and kitchens is really the place to work with.
