We have aluminium wiring in our house, which means that every switch, outlet, light, the stove, the dryer and water heater had to have copper wires pigtailed to their contacts on each of these devices. Altogether there were over a hundred devices that needed to be pigtailed; all outlets and switches were upgraded while the work was being done.
I saw them do the work and I am extremely satisfied that it was done well. Hooman and Sami were professional and courteous even as they worked around us as we continued to live in the house. More importantly, if there was a problem, once it was communicated Hooman responded immediately.
They were easy to talk to and happy to rectify any issue that arose. Hooman gave us an estimate based on prices per outlet/switch/outdoor/stove/dryer, and after counting the devices ourselves we had a pretty good idea how much it would cost before he completed the work.
