He addressed our issue with unwanted house guests in the attic, mice. While inspecting our attic he noticed we also have bats. He will return when it is safe to exclude the bats so these protected creatures can take up residence outside of our home.

If you're in Halton Hills then go with Gunning. He was upfront with costs and worst
case scenarios over the phone. His price was 1/4 of the cost of another major pest control company that had quoted me on a squirrel removal job. The other company was four hours late with no call and then demanded full pay upfront from my in-laws and drove away even though I had already paid $140+ for an inspection. Most of the work the other company quoted (attic inspection, incubators, capping all vents) didn't even need to be done.
