Hi Janice
All apologies. I contacted wcb for the clearance letter and I was told they had to have the name of the condo board and they would email a copy to them. I emailed you that information. Then you said you were going to hold off on the insulation for the time being. I wish you would have called me and I could have got to the bottom of this. I think it was just a misunderstanding.
