I thought the price quoted was reasonable. You get what you pay for.
The second day after asphalt job was "completed" it looked terrible with white streaks through the driveway. I was told that would wash away. My pressure washer did not remove the white streaks either.
Once a heavy rainfall came, I noticed driveway was uneven and unlevel resulting in puddles on the new paved driveway. I waited three months for Ivy Paving to "fix" their unleveled WORK and I was unimpressed by the six minutes taken to not level the driveway. I was then told I must wait another 4 months to fix this.

We recently had our driveway paved by Ivy Property Services and we are completely satisfied with the results!
From the initial consultation to the final finish, the communication with Kalvin was clear and concise. Kalvin and his paving team were professional, punctual, efficient, and highly skilled, making sure to address all our concerns and preferences.
The contract was clear and we had good notice regarding timing.
They provided a detailed quote and timeline, and they stuck to it, completing the project on schedule.The entire process was seamless and there were no surprises. Their standards and quality of work is exceptional and they worked efficiently as a team.
We honestly cannot say enough great things about Kalvin and his crew!!
