GTA mini bins rental

Mini bins rental is not truthful!! We paid $500 deposit and they never came back, just took our money. Phone went out of service after a week. It is a sc@m. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Stay away from mini bins rental!!

Both my daughter and I needed bins within a few weeks of each other. I paid a $500 deposit, my daughter $600 for hers. They delivered my bin a day early -- before my house even closed. They were supposed to refund the difference between our deposits and the actual cost for tonnage ($89 per ton.) I received no invoice and no refund. It cost me $500 to dispose of a few 2x4s and some old carpeting. My daughter received an invoice an invoice for 3.5 tons when she only had a few wheelbarrow loads of garbage to haul. To make matters worse, they never refunded her the difference between her $600 deposit and the $350 or so they invoiced.

I paid a guy names Carlos company is 310 pink bins. I sent an Etransfer of 500. They claim bin is 89 plus weight. Never returned my refund, everytime I call they claims weigh ticket not done. Now phone # is out of svc

My garbage was well under 1 ton and I trusted their posted rate of $89 for bin and $89 per ton charge! My costs should be well under $200. I was asked to e-transfer $500 as deposit. After bin removal and after sending several emails, they sent me a $430 bill for 3.5 Ton! I asked for weight ticket and refund balance of my deposit. None of my emails were responded. Called them several times and each time I was told the refund and ticket delayed because their accountant has family issue and asked me to leave my information and promised to be refunded by Friday! 8 Weeks past and whenever I call, I hear the same story.
I am in the process of Consumer complaints and enforcement under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act. I may not get my money back, but my intention is to help other people not to fall in Gta MiniBin trap. Promo is $89 for any size bin plus $89 per ton. They ask for $500 security deposit. They also go by 310 pink reno and waste service inc. Apparently they use a bunch of other company names. STAY AWAY.

This company never showed up and charged our credit card not once, but twice!!!! 3 days straight they continued to give us new timelines and never showed up, yet charged over $660 on two different occasions on our card. We were stuck with a whole house full of demolitioned junk sitting in our driveway, hard to rent a truck due to the no show and take all the rubbish to the dump. It cost us a lot of time and money. When we contacted them for an explanation of why we were charged where there was no service rendered, they continued to string us along saying the bin would show up by end of day, then the next morning, then by the evening and so on. They even sent an email saying they refunded our card (which they did not). We ended up having to cancel our credit card to avoid additional charges, plus have the charges disputed. A looooonnnng unwanted headache!!

This is NOT a company that can be trusted to deliver, or trusted with your credit card information. I have yet to find out if this is a legitimate company or a fraudulent company!! My bank is still investigating.

If you do not want a further problem during renovations (which are already stressful), I would recommend to stay far away from GTA Mini Bin Rentals.

I put a $500 deposit for what should have costed $200. The company keeps telling me they'll refund me on Friday when their accountant is in. Going on 6 weeks now. I fear I will never get my money back!
