Jiang Renovations, with Evan and Daniel, recently completed a kitchen and bathroom renovation at our condo. High marks for workmanship, maintaining the schedule and being accommodating throughout the project. Team faced challenges with condo rules relating to noise and time restrictions but completed the job with minimal issues. Team coordinated well with our kitchen supplier and completed some last minute issues with no problem. Evan responds quickly to all emails and texts. After service was excellent. Daniel came on a weekend to fix something that turned out to be OK. No hesitation in recommending Jiang Renovations. We will be calling them on our next renovation. Thanks Evan and Daniel!

Working with Evan gave me peace of mind, renovating is stressful enough but Evan is a professional who answers all your questions anytime via text, email or phone call. Evan is so easy to talk to, and is able to make your vision come to life as well as having the flexibility to accommodate changes. His team Ming and Kevin also did an amazing job, their workmanship, skill set and professionalism are superb. We highly recommend them, in fact already thinking of the next renovation.

Covid and lockdowns made home renovations be more challenging. I might not be able to interact and communicate with the contractor face to face. Before starting the project, I knew that finding someone who is just nice, economical and good workmanship is not enough. I determined to hire someone who is able to tele-communicate and I can work with him/her remotely. I am glad to hire Evan and Daniel as the duo and their team proved that they are capable to take up the challenges.

Throughout the renovations, in-person meeting at the site was difficult. Evan was able to keep me updated on the progress without me asking. He’s always available over calls and messages and no bs. In-store shopping was almost impractical during lockdown. This Jiang’s team was able to get the materials and styles I need on my behalf. They also managed to coordinate with city inspectors, licensed technicians, and trades and suppliers to get the job done without me chasing around.

I am also glad for their professionalism to complete the project and close out all punch items and more. In terms of cost, not the cheapest one but I got peace of mind that they won’t walk away or cut corners in finished works.

Evan and his team are a joy to deal with. They are very accommodating and don’t nickel and dime you. Louis is amazing - he’s very detailed and there is nothing he can’t do. We are very happy with the way our Master ensuite turned out. The best part is that the project got completed in less than 10 days.
