We just got the Cub from Arctic Spas. We are extremely happy with the purchase of the new hot tub. Visit the store after we checked out a couple other brands. With Chris, from the Burlington Store, we didn't feel pressured to buy a hot tub we didn't need. The great thing on these arctic spas you can upgrade the extras as you grow with the hot tub. Chris took his time and explained every detail to us, provided options to work with our budget. The delivery crew was great and on time. As well they showed us all the details on the new hot tub. Arctic Spas , After Sales support is fantasic
