I was asked by our strata to organize roofer services for moss removal, exterior gutter cleaning and sealing of leaks. The job was given to Komo Roofing. Kevin is very knowledgeable and took the time to respond to my questions. During the initial walk-about he observed potential problem areas on the roof. We just had our concrete tile roof converted to shingles by Komo Roofing and were pleased to share our experience with other house owners. At first I had trouble believing all of the great reviews that I was reading about Komo roofing. But I gave Kevin a call and didn’t regret it. He was responsive, professional and friendly. Kevin came by within 24 hours, gave me the best quote of any company that I called, and had a mason come by within a few days to repoint my chimney. Not only did they do a great job, but they put up safety equipment so the workers were safe and I felt comfortable. Probably the best thing about the experience was that Kevin and his two workers were really nice people to each other and to me. Boris the mason did a thorough, first rate job on the chimney. It looks like new. He took the time to do it right. They also added a bit of caulking and fixed a few pieces of flashing that needed fastening as a courtesy and didn’t ask for any more money on top of their modest fee. I really was impressed and would hire them again in a heart beat. Highly recommended.

Kevin and his team were very professional and honest. Kevin is straight forward and assessed our poorly installed roof quite well. He did not try to up sell us on products that we did not need. He layed out available options and was well informed about the pros and cons of each option. He even explained the option of 'doing nothing' and explained to us the benefits of NOT getting a new roof installed...which almost no private contractors will do.
