He was always prompt in responding to e-mails and was regularly on-site to check up on the work. His crew was very polite and professional. Komo Roofing was recommended to us by a builder, but our previous experience with roofers gave us pause nonetheless. Turns out that Komo Roofing was everything that was promised. Their customer service is outstanding. Kevin met with us twice to go over options and pricing, and took time to explain things to the level of detail we required. We were kept informed throughout the work.

Scope changes were handled well. In each case, we were presented with options, and provided quotes for the additional work prior to it being done.

There were a couple of minor adjustments that we requested several months after installation. They were happy to come back and fix those things up for us.

All the crew members were respectful and careful around the property, including the clean up. The foreman represented the company well. Kevin invests a fair bit of effort to recruit the right people.

We hired Komo roofing because they were recommended to us from a friend. We highly recommend Kevin and his team! We met with Kevin in the Fall and he spent time explaining the roofing process and types of options for our roof replacement. When we told him that we wouldn't be able to do our roof for several months, but we needed it tarped. He kindly used a brown tarp (less conspicuous) and the roof was protected until the job could be started. He kept in contact with us along the way and let us know our job was a priority as soon as there was a stretch of dry weather. When days of snow came and shifted the tarp Christopher came on a Sunday evening (dark and rainy) and fixed it for us. When the job actually started we knew things would go well as we had already experienced such great communication and attention to our project. As promised, our shrubs, planters and siding were protected as old shingles were removed. All the men were polite, professional and extremely hard working. They put in long days so the work would get done quickly. Kevin did a great job of communicating the process/stages and was around overseeing. The worksite was cleaned up very well at the end of each day. Christopher even re-aligned some of our downspouts and was very conscientious about doing a thorough job. We were able to get a new skylight through Kevin at a great price and he even had his crew shingle our semi-attached shed for no extra cost! The roof cost exactly what was quoted and there were no surprises. If you are looking to get a new roof, go with Komo and you will be so happy you did.

He was easy to work with and accommodating. From start to finish the communication was clear and thew expectations for the job were completed. They were timely and once finished they insured everything was cleaned up as if they were never here.

Kevin and his team were very professional, organized from the get go. Care was taken for all the surrounding areas which included the shrubs and sidewalks. I wouldn't hesitate to have Kevin come back for future preventive maintenance of the roof if needed.

Watched this company do the roof for our neighbours across the lane and was very impressed. We got 3 estimates and not only was Komo right on budget but Kevin, the owner visited my dad's home with a complete package of of documentation all work safe doc's, previous feedback and credentials. He also hires his crew year round, not just project to project and keeps them employed over winter! He is kind, approachable and ethical. Bonus, he made sure the neighbours were not affected by our project and the crew did an impeccable clean up daily!
