Express Appliance Repair In Winnipeg

This is the revision to my first review I submitted. I noticed upon checking the invoice after the technician (Andres) left he did not give me the senior discount so I text him and he said I have to contact the office so I did. Kate who I talked to said she will get back to me to ask the technician first but no return call from her for a day. Then I phoned again and Tamaya answered and the same she will call me back but no return call. So I phoned again after 2 days and Tamaya answered me and the same reason. I even politely beg to call me back to know what's going on and again she promised to call me back but up to now since Nov. 18/24 no call at all. They are dishonest staff. It's not worth recommending this company.
