Be Gold Building Maintenance

This is our third ime using Be Gold Building Maintenance. They are communicative, quick, professional and have great workmanship. I have them on speed-dial for when we have our next project.

Kevin did an amazing job in fixing our door lock. He replaced the broken door handle with a new one, as I requested. After a while the lock started jamming. I called him and explained the problem. He came over the same day to take a look. Then, he took initiative, consulted with GU, found a better matching trim for our existing lock and installed it. He did not charge anything extra, although the new lock's price was $200 higher. He also offered a one-year warranty for labour and material. Overall, I was very pleased with his work and I am happy to recommend him.

I jammed a drawer with no way to fix it without removing several drawers (they don’t come out on their own, so it meant removing all the hardware for the slides). They did a great job and arrived right on time

Very good service though arrival was an hour later than expected. Definitely will use Kevin again.

Jamie was onetime, prepared with the right tools, reassuring of being able to fix the blind in the timeframe I had. He went the extra mile by helping me hang new drapes and sourcing the missing screws which secured the rods. Very helpful! I could have spent all day looking for those....

Kevin was awesome. Very patient, took the time to understand the work that was needed and was very responsive. He did a great job on fixing sliding doors and other things around the apartment.

Kevin was really nice and great to work with but unfortunately we feel that we were overcharged for the services we received. We only got some minor repairs done but we paid so much and there’s still work to be done at the end of the day. it would have been great if the price was adjusted to match the work done.
