Poor results and terrible customer service

My elderly mother-in-law hired Dan to install artificial turf in a small yard, as she can no longer offer it maintenance. It was done incorrectly and after a few months was completely uneven and overrun with weeds between the turf seams. He admitted to improper installation and although he agreed to come back to repair the issue, he not only NEVER returned, but was completely rude. Beware!
