Our floors are approximately 65 years old. We have had them sanded and varnished once before when we first purchased the house. We weren't sure if the floor could withstand another sanding.
We contacted Homestars and within minutes Jason reached out to us. We arranged for him to come for an estimate 24 hours later and confirmed we can sand and revarnish. No need to pull up existing floor and replace with new hardwood. We had another company which through Homestars came for an estimate and they took one look and said the floors had to be replaced at a prohibitive cost. No thank you. We went with Jason and his team. They did an amazing job. Jason kept in constant contact us throughout the process. No waiting to hear back.....Project took approximately two days. They were prompt, very efficient and thorough with little dust to clean up. There was no contract thebut balance of payments was agreeable to us. We would strongly recommend Jason and his team. Our floors look beautiful.
