Karol was very professional and easy to work with since the first phone call. He was very quick with responses and was able to answer all questions I had. I was able to tell from the start he is very experienced and knowledged about his work. When Karol came in for the quote he was on time and very respectful, led me through step by step how he goes about his work and made it very easy for me to trust him with the work in my home. He framed my basement very quick and very well, by far the best contractor I have worked with. At the end of each day he cleaned up, and kept it clean throughout the day aswell. I will not hesitate to make my first call to Saco for any future work I will need. I have already recommended Saco to many people I know looking for a trustworthy framer and will continue to do so.

Karol does excellent work and I wouldn't hesitate to to hire him again for another project. His work is great quality and he was able to accommodate small changes as issues with the plan came up. He asks questions to determine what the customer wants if things are unclear. The jobsite was cleaned up every night and he is punctual and a hard worker.

Karol did subfloor and framing for my basement and was an absolute professional in every way possible. From time of quote to project completion, Im not sure anyone could have executed it better. Will absolutely be calling on Saco again.
