We hired Karol to frame and drywall our basement, including a new washroom and storage room. He is a master at what he does, paying close attention to detail and making suggestions along the way that improved our original concept for the new reno. The end result was great! Karol made sure to clean up every day, leaving the basement spotless. Furthermore, Karol is a great communicator. He was always polite and respectful and has an amazingly positive attitude. I originally met Karol when my water heater died and I needed someone to frame and insulate a mounting location for the new tankless water heater. Karol squeezed me in, even though he was fully booked and did an awesome job. So a few months later when I needed the basement apartment framed, I called him back.

His price was very competitive and he worked to adjust his schedule to accommodate my timelines. He did great work and it was done in an impressively short amount of time. When I asked for a few changes, which were due to an oversight on my part, Karol simply said no problem, took care of them right away and didnt charge me anything extra.

Ill be putting in another bathroom in about a year, so Ill definitely be giving Saco Construction the Job!
