We have hired pro renos three times now. They renovated my bathroom , tiling all around the house and now build a beautiful pergola in my backyard. They know what they are doing and will always produce exactly what the customer wanted. We would definitely hire them again for our next project!

I had a failing retained wall and an existing deck with multiple defective pieces, Andrew was able to accomplish this job in one day, repairing, painting and caulking . Very efficient, clean work and a friendly professional individual. I am very pleased with his work and I defiantly recommend him to my closest family and friends.

I had a hard time finding a contractor for my relatively small job so I was happy to find someone to take it on. It turned into an exhausting 10 days with them. To be fair, we had some heavy rain to deal with but these guys never arrived before 10:30 am, one day nobody showed up at all (without warning). I found their concrete work (an area of specialty) to be very sloppy and done without an eye for aesthetics. I could go on, there's more.
Steve did build me a nice hatch for access to the attic space above the garage and he spent the last 3 days trying to address my concerns with the exterior work. My front landing is sturdy (for now) and the drywall is repaired but overall: disappointed.

Steve and his team did an amazing job. I had my rental home trashed by the previous tennant so took it as an opertinity to do a full renovation top to bottom. I went into this with an open mind and Steve was able to offer his ideas and vision for the finished project. Looking forward to hiering Steve and his team again for my future projects.

We called in Steve to remove the concrete pavers in our townhome backyard and lay sod. From the first interaction to even after the project was complete, Steve and his team were friendly, hardworking and efficient. Steve was courteous and respectful and available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. He’s very personable and professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain the process, and to suggest ideas to further improve our backyard design. We are very impressed with the final result and would recommend Steve and his team for backyard and landscaping work!

Steve and his team did an amazing renovation to our mudroom! This small space was in terrible condition and contained our electrical panel, and was an add-on renovation added to the house in approx the 60s-70s. The original plan was to remove the two exterior walls and the scaffolding for the roof, however, upon demolition Steve recommended that we replace the subflooring, joists and concrete connection between the existing patio and new joists. Steve was very good about showing us the work as it existed, why he felt it should be addressed, and what were our options to address it. We could see for ourselves the concrete was crumbling, but also felt Steve treated our house like his own and so we often trusted his advice. As a result, the renovated space is much sturdier than the existing space was. The electrical work was ESA approved and fufilled by a certified electrician. The quote included motion sensors and spotlight, which were provided. We let Steve choose the laminate flooring, window, and door and were very happy with his choices. They were all of good construction - window came with energy efficient sticker ratings, the laminate is extremely similar to the faux-wood flooring in the rest of our home, and the door is a proper security door with interior blinds. Steve wanted to do pine boards on the walls and ceiling and they turned out very nice and complimented the dark floor well, giving the "cottage feel" Steve described. Steve also provided us a detailed quote before the renovation started, which included WHIMIS protection. Steve also provided many small services at no charge - we agreed to use the old gutters but after taking them off he decided they looked tacky next to the new siding covered in our quote, so he replaced them at no charge. He also included the block supports under the new joists at no cost above the agreed upon joist costs, and replaced the gate to our backyard which was removed to facilitate construction with a superior one they made themselves. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Steve and his team were very professional and respectful of our home.
