Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate all reviews as they offer an opportunity for us to reflect and address concerns. However, it's crucial to mention that Jacki was not our customer, nor was she involved in any aspect of the project; the contract for this project was with a company and Amanda, who owns the company, was our only point of contact for this project. Therefore, I'd like to offer clarity on the points you've raised in respect to the agreements and communications made directly with our client, Amanda. Also, Tara Construction Inc. extends a year's warranty on our work, ensuring the satisfaction and security of our clients post-completion. Up until this review, there had been no correspondence regarding any issues. Prompted by the review, we reached out to Amanda, our client, who expressed her satisfaction with the work done. Our engagement with clients doesn't end post-completion; we strive for their continued satisfaction and are always ready to address any concerns within the warranty period (please see a screenshot of the correspondence with Amanda verifying that fact - https://snipboard.io/tsm0yn.jpg).
1. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘁: The main line of communication for this project was established with Amanda, as she was our direct client. The decision regarding the coaxial outlet was made promptly considering the workflow and the contacts available at that moment. We maintain rigorous documentation of our communication with Amanda, including over 136 WhatsApp messages, emails, and calls during the two weeks of the project which doesn't include the communication we had with her before and after the project.
2. 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗵𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿: The protective jacket around the dishwasher is a simple feature to adjust. It's designed to protect and can easily be tucked or trimmed, ensuring the appliance's aesthetics and functionality.
3. 𝗧𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝘆𝗹 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: Every decision regarding tiles and flooring was based on direct instructions and consultations with our client, Amanda. Amanda sent Tara Construction a WhatsApp message stating, “Are you interested in removing the rest of the tiles, at least where it will be visible… Forget about behind the fridge… And repairing the walls so I can just paint and not have to deal with those tiles at all in the kitchen? We can put some cheap peel-and-stick backsplash up, so the repair job doesn’t need to be perfect just even.”
Regarding the Vinyl Planking The installation of the vinyl plank flooring presented a challenge due to the significantly uneven subfloor, which would have required over 150 bags of self-leveler to achieve a smooth base. However, due to the client's budgetary constraints and the tight timeframe for project completion, it was not feasible to create a perfectly level surface. With the budget she had we did the best we could with the available resources to fix some of the flooring issues.
At Tara Construction we always align our services with the needs and budgets of our clients, ensuring optimal results within the given parameters.
4. 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: This is not a service we provide. 😉 With regards to any Caulking issues we always strive for precision in every project. We have records and documentation detailing our work and are confident in its quality. However, should Amanda find any issues, we are more than willing to review and make necessary corrections.
I'd like to emphasize that the project was undertaken with Amanda, who has expressed satisfaction with our work (please see a screenshot of the correspondence with Amanda verifying that fact - https://snipboard.io/tsm0yn.jpg). We understand the significance of online reviews and believe in transparency, clarity, and factual representation of events.
If you have further concerns or would like more details about the project, we encourage direct communication with Amanda, as she was the principal client and decision-maker in this collaboration.
