I am thrilled with the exceptional service I received from Kaayla for my master bathroom shower grout restoration! She meticulously deep-cleaned every part of the shower from the tiles and grout to the glass, metal fixtures, faucet fixtures, and floor making it look clean and refreshed. She replaced the old, molded silicone caulking and disinfected the entire area with a botanical mold killer before applying the fresh caulking. The grout colour sealant revitalized stained areas, and all cracked or missing grout was patched perfectly.
She also took the time to explain the process and shared maintenance tips to help preserve the results long-term. Kaayla provided excellent service cleaning and regrouting our 2 upstairs bathrooms. She provided excellent advice regarding the most optimal way to restore our bathrooms, including when to regrout, and how to maintain our bathrooms going forward to avoid needing a full regrouting service in the future.

Kaayla was true to her word and made our shower look completely new. She cleaned and re-grouted the shower that we had neglected for too many years.
