This is our first home purchase and we were very nervous going in to our home inspection. However Lisa Simpkins at Superior Home Inspectors did a fantastic job, a consummate professional.
Lisa looked at the whole house, from tip to tail. From getting up onto the roof and accessing a crawlspace in a skylight to look at the attic, no stone was left uncovered. She was entirely thorough and during the process took time to show and explain what she was doing, why she was doing it, and even how her tools work.
Lisa managed to locate a small ceiling leak by using thermal imaging. Something that not many people would have caught and over time caused a lot of damage. We're very grateful for her work.
