Vlad is a true professional. Experienced, fair and candid. Vlad is skilled at most (if not all trades) and expects the same of his staff. They work hard, only stop for a lunch break and keep on pushing. We had a number of change orders along the way and he offered advice while demonstrating patience and was fair with the revised scope of work and related costs.
Paint, trim, tiles, finishes were done to perfection. Renovating is NOT a dust-free experience, but Vlads team was diligent to keep the existing floors protected, dust contained as best as possible and cleaned up at the end of the day.

Scope of work:
New tilt and turn windows and patio doors throughout the house
New solid wood doors throughout
New trim throughout
Prep/plaster walls and paint throughout
New hardwood flooring and stairs
Moved non-structural walls to reconfigure powder room and front hall powder room
Remodel powder room (tiling, install fixtures)
Remodel 2nd bath (tiling, shower/glass and fixtures)
Convert wood-burning fireplace to gas (included considerable demolition of existing brick surround)
Bump out walls to integrate new fireplace and entertainment system in family room
Installed/relocated electrical outlets as needed
Installed pot lights and switches as needed
Remodel laundry room (including tiling & relocation of washer/dryer)
Remove laundry window and fill in with brick to match existing (repurposed from fireplace)
With this scope of work, we had to move everything out of our house (except kitchen and basement contents, which were not part of the project).

Vlad and his wonderful team rose to the challenge of a particularly difficult renovation of our Annex home that they came into halfway through. Vlad brought calm and confidence to the job with his masterful skills and his eye for detail and design. I highly recommend Vlad and Next Level Construction. We hired them to create a bathroom from scratch from a non-descript walk-in closet area we had off our bedroom. It is now a master bathroom ensuite that is like a spa oasis every time we walk in. We are thrilled! Vlads attention to detail, exquisite design aesthetic and overall excellence in every aspect of this construction resulted in a beautiful bathroom that reminds us of a luxury hotel (but better!). One other thing that we value in him as a contractor honesty. He often offered suggestions that would spare huge expense but never compromise quality. This meant our reno never went over budget and as a bonus, never went over the time he allotted. This company really is true to its name: next level from beginning to end. I was looking for a contractor to set up a rental unit in my house and a friend of mine recommended Next Level Construction. I am glad I took his advice, Vlad and his team were amazing. Next Level Construction recently finished some renovation work on our basement: walls, ceilings, insulation, electrical work and plumbing. The team is very professional and work long hours to finish the job quickly. They also are very flexible in terms of working schedule, do their best to accommodate clients’ needs and quickly fix any issues if you find any after the work completion.

Working with Next Level Construction was nothing but a professional and pleasant experience for us. We used Next Level Construction to finish the basement in our new house (there was nothing but dry walls). They worked with us to recommend solutions for what we were trying to achieve. It was important for us for dust and dirt to be contained in the construction area since we have a young child and Next Level Construction properly isolated the area so dust didn’t get all over the house.

When we moved to our house, our basement had wood panels and was not insulated. Vlad was working on our basement renovation. He suggested to redesign the layout. A few walls were removed to make it an open concept. The pot lights, drywall, and the new floor were installed by Vlad (Next level construction LTD). The project was completed on time and on budget. Vlad was working on many additional projects in our house: creating an extra bedroom from a part of the living room, insulation of all bedrooms, installing new windows, plumbing work inside and outside of the house.
