We are sorry you feel this way. We like to be dealt with as honestly as possible. You booked for a move out cleaning and cleaning was supposed to be provided to an empty house. when our cleaners got there, there was clutter of household items and large amounts of pet hair everywhere.
They met your husband and he pointed out what he wanted our cleaners to do. They removed 3 canisters of pet hair from your house, washed accessible floors and baseboards, cleaned the windows, cleaned the bathroom and kitchen.
Your husband was satisfied, signed the work order and even gave tips.
We are sorry your expectation and that of your husband do not align that is why we offered to go back and clean what you expected and what our cleaners alledgedly missed.
We provide professional cleaning services to the highest of standards and in our many years of operation, this is a very rare case. We will investigate your feeback and appreciate it if you honestly provide your real name.
