Yevhen came within 15 minutes of my call. He was careful to keep floors clean and diagnosed issue quickly. A part was required and he validated the part price online so I could see it, and also made a point to cross reference the carton code so I knew it was not a substitute. Very professional, checked machine working well before leaving and giving advise on maintenance. I'd recommend him to anyone,
