As usual Yevhen attended to my call promptly and on time.
He came prepared to repair the machine unlike some companies that stretch out the job into two visits because they do not travel with even the most basic and universal parts.
As it is an older machine that I don't plan to keep much longer, he found the simplest and least expensive way to do the repair.
Unfortunately contemporary appliances are....how shall I say.....'crap'. So we need honest knowledgeable people like Mr. Pankratenko to keep us going.
