I called Yevhen Tuesday am, as my bottom freezer of my fridge completely defrosted, he told me he would be over at 5PM, he arrived at 5 PM and I told him that I was hearing a clicking sound, he knew exactly what was wrong, gave me a quote and warranty which was very reasonable and I agreed to have him proceed. He fixed the fridge within 30 mins and checked all the various parts/lines. He wore a mask and slippers over his shoes which was very nice of him to do in my house. Now, I can thank him for a cold fridge and a freezer that actually freezes now. I will call him for any appliance repair or installation.
