When our washing machine stopped working, I contacted Yevehn based on his excellent reviews in Home Stars. He responded quickly and scheduled a diagnostic service call for the next day. He showed up when promised and performed a very thorough investigation. He was able to answer all my questions and provided suggestions for addressing the problem. If I have future problems with an appliance, I will call in Yevehn - he is professional, honest, and knowledgeable.
