I had a leak coming through the ceiling fan in my main floor powder room that travelled in the wall to the basement. Called GTA plumbing to come and fix it. Within 5 minutes of being at my house they had cut into the wall in my upstairs bathroom to check the tub - no issues with the tub. Then they changed the seal on the toilet despite it being a fairly new toilet. They kept telling me it wasn't a plumbing issue because everything was dry. It seemed like they couldn't leave fast enough. Needless to say it continued to leak. I didn't have them back for a second look and I wouldn't recommend.
