We got all windows replaced and new one installed by Dekorum Home Improvement (Gena). Windows were made by Vinyl-Pro and they are good quality. Gena advised us for LOE 272 and that was very good for efficiency. After installation we find very good improvement for retaining the inside temperature of the house. He gave competitive quote, finished work in time. His installer Thomas is also a good professional. Gena responds whenever I approached.
I don't have good experience about customer service of Vinyl-Pro. I understand that company don't respond to customer directly but customer service is not up to the standard with industry peers. Life time Warranty certificate given by Dekorum is recognized by the company only Vinyl-Pro PO number is added on the warranty certificate.
I will definitely recommend Gena.
