Right from the get go .This company came with a high recommendation .We were certainly not let down .Phil was very professional explained everything to us .Pictures and detail of inspection was great .Had personal contact with him .It was a great advantage to us .Due to we are here in NL preparing for the move etc .We were unable to be there for the inspection .Phil certainly helped with easing our mind .Would highly recommend using the service
