Roger kindly came out to inspect some issues I was having with the washing machine. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Within an hour, the work was all completed and he left the washing machine and kitchen in good order. Many thanks Roger for your good help and will be in touch if I have any further problems.

Our Old Bosch washing machine stopped spinning. I called Speedy Appliance and knew instantly what the problem would be (and he was proved right!). He was engaging and open at all time and was not fazed by problems of access to the machine. He already had the replacement parts and fitted them quickly and efficiently. He charged me exactly what he had estimated over the phone. I recommend SA highly and without hesitation.

I agree with others who say that Jeff is terrific. He was pretty booked up when I first called him, but my problem was non-critical and we set a convenient date for him to come out and check the issue (slow lighting gas cook top). He arrived exactly on time on he appointed day, almost immediately identified the problem and the part needed for the repair. He ordered the part and said he'd call when it came in. The part arrived, he called, came back to the house, and had the cook top fixed in no time. I thought his charges were very reasonable. He definitely will be the first person I call the next time I have an appliance problem
