Avoid these guys! Have no idea how they have any good on here go check Google. These guys came to service our Wolf stove, charged us 800 for a part we did not need. When we asked for money back (no work was done) which they said they would do they have not refunded money.

They hang up on you when you complain about anything. Avoid at all costs. We now are taking legal action unless they pay back the money they are illegally holding. Look them up on Google, you’ll see what I’m talking about.

Please do yourself a favour and look somewhere else.

Oven on Viking gas stove broke down on during Christmas holidays. Technician arrived in two hours! Roger, in the office, explained everything up front including likely costs. Ben, the technician diagnosed problem immediately and showed us the damaged components. Returned two days later with parts which normally can take weeks to locate and completed the repair. (No charge for the first diagnostic visit.)

Parts were about $1500 which included two burners and two igniters, which are the guts of a gas stove. The prices are set by Viking, the
manufacturer and can be expected in a 12 year old high end gas appliance. Should be good for another ten years!

Do yourself a favor and just seek a different company/technician.
This company will just grab your money and do nothing else . They will charge you $70 to verify the issue and later on will charge a very high price to repair. In our case, they charged us almost $400 for a $20 seal. The problem is that they didn't solve the problem and our machine is still leaking. Now suddenly they are not responsive and they refuse to come and fix the problem or refund.
It is so pitying that such people are still on the market and trying to screw people. DON'T USE THEM !!!

Ben was my service technician, He was on time and courteous. He completed the microwave exhaust hook up in one visit. The dishwasher problem was difficult to diagnose, however Ben was able to correct the problem to my satisfaction.
He wore a mask at all times.

The service was extremely prompt. The repair man explained the problem and the solution very thoroughly.

Courteous, prompt and a good repair. Cost high. Quote for thermostat was $180 (part cost ~ 60.00) = 3 x cost. Quote for labour was $200 (usual ~ $130 to $170/hr). Installation was less than 1 hr. Overall with tax came to $420. This is about twice what equivalent repair organizations would charge in my experience.

Unprofessional. Worker tries to solicit own clients from business. Had Fridge repaired but had same issue within a month. Contacted them to re-service but was no show and they state they will call back and never heard from them again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Showed up on time fridge is now working just fine. Highly recommended.

Called them to fix my washer , quick turn around time and they fixed my washer on spot. Regret not calling these guys earlier .

I found them bit pricey to change safety switch, but good thing is they identified the issue and fixed it on spot.
