I got in touch with Speedy Appliances as the drum of our Hotpoint washing machine was shaking around (off balance) when spinning, regardless as to size of load. An on-phone suggestion of the bearings going proved to be all too accurate when Amit arrived and examined the machine - exacerbated by the gradual disintegration of the concrete counter-weight! Kyle made a couple of suggestions as to a suitable replacement machine and then supplied and fitted the one of my choosing. All in all, highly satisfactory :-)

We called Josh about 4pm and he said he'd come and finish the repair by 6.30... he arrived just before 6 and did just that. No nonsense, he quickly resolved our issue and didn't tell us we needed new parts or new machine (ours is from 2005) as the bigger companies seem to always do, despite him owning a shop. Would recommend highly.

Josh came to see my broken dishwasher on Monday and said it is beyond repair. He came back on Friday same week to install a new integrated dishwasher and made extra effort to align the base and kitchen doors, so that all looks neat and tidy. Highly recommend.

I was desperate when our Miele washing machine broke down 2 days ago. Called Miele who gave me a date 12 days away. Then found Speedy Appliance Repairs who came same day and ordered parts for next day - all repaired IN 48 hours. Very professional. Excellent service. Highly recommend

My tumble dryer handle needed replacement. Spoke to Josh late on a Monday and it was fitted on Wednesday. Prompt, excellent service and reasonable cost:. I would certainly recommend him.

We had arranged to do some redecoration around the house, when at the very last minute the wallpaper announced he would not be able to remove the radiators to paper behind them. Having used Josh before, my first instinct was to call him. He arrived as promised, removed the rads, and came back to re-install them once the wallpapering had finished. No drama. It was 2 visits but he was kind enough to discount the total price.

I have now used this company twice and on both occasions the service was prompt (within 24 hours of making the call); efficient (quickly diagnosed the problem and carried out the necessary repair); and good value (given both occasions required spare parts). I will continue to use the company and would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic service. I was very disappointed by Dyson's refusal to repair my washing machine even after I had obtained the required replacement door locking mechanism. Josh arrived within an hour of receipt of the replacement part, fixed the problem. Wonderful to have my Dyson washing machine working again rather than assigned to the scrapheap! Josh was very helpful when my microwave needed fixing. He arrived promptly and sorted the problem with minimum fuss. I have since used him to help resolve an issue with my fridge/freezer and again, he provided excellent and timely service. He was polite and courteous throughout and I would certainly recommend him to anyone who has an issue with their home appliances.

We had a problem with our dishwasher not draining at the end of the washing programe. Josh quickly established the problem, fixed it and made sure it the dishwasher ran through the various cycles in the programme. Very pleased with his service and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
