Called Ryan from Ropes Electric to help diagnose an issue with some outdoor outlets not working. Was very prompt in scheduling and came on time. Very friendly and professional. It was such a simple diagnosis he did not even charge me for the time, says much about the man's character and the pride he takes in actually doing the work.
