Dealt with Steve to line up the move as he was a nice guy and the company had decent references. Upon lining up the move they assured me 3 days before the move that we were all set to go with no issues. Next day rolls around and I get a voicemail from John saying they are overbooked and can no longer do the move. This was Saturday during the long weekend with TWO days notice!

They have ghosted me and refuse to answer my calls or texts. Least wise to say they have straight up just taken my $300 deposit.

I sincerely recommend people avoid them. Don't let them take your money too.

I used this company to ship our household property from Ontario to Kelowna. I dont normally leave negative reviews but I am beyond disappointed. The company used a sub contract driver named Trevor. When he arrived at our property, he was in a rush so we entrusted him that all our property had shipped. At the end of unloading and after he received payment, he mentioned that some of our things were damaged in Ontario and that he scrapped them as they were not strong enough to make the trip. Up on further investigation, there is a lot of our things missing a lot of which is very personal. If our property had arrived damaged, I could understand, but the fact that it did not arrive at all and we have to fork out more than $3000 to replace it is heartbreaking. I am extremely disappointed in this company and only wish that they had a google account so I could warn people there too. The fact that they dont have a google review account should have been my first red flag. Please beware and use a more reputable company. Please also check their Response on Better Business Bureau so that you can get an understanding for the lack of accountability of using sub contracted drivers.

Arrived on site and started tossing items around with no regard for flooring or furniture itself, just throws things all over the place. Started loading items without even checking if we were taking. Some how my other review is erased. Refuses to refund me my deposit, guy cant pickup the phone to address any issues but will passive aggressively reply you via text with blatant made up excuses.

Great experience from beginning to end. Moved from Alberta to Quebec with fairly short notice. I booked my move with Steve and the movers Simon and another guy who I unfortunately can’t remember his name. I was so nervous about the move but they were so careful with my belongings and everything was inventoried. They were clear about what to expect throughout it all and everyone was so friendly and helpful. They realized a mirror of mine had been left in the truck once they started unloading their next move (I never would have realized with how much stuff I had to move down) they called me right away and went out of their way to get it back to me in such short notice and apologized for any inconvenience. Very honest people. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s planning on a move with peace of mind.

My wife and I had the pleasure to use All Ways in November 2019. Steve in the office answered all of our questions and SET OUR EXPECTATIONS. The cost of our move ended up being approx. 25% less then quoted. Phone calls and emails were always answered. Trevor drove and managed the crew at both ends of our move. EXCELLENT effort. Very helpful. On time. Great guys. Especially John who organizes the move and drives across Canada. I moved in middle of winter from Montreal to Halifax. They did great. Definitely recommend.

After receiving several quotes and speaking to other moving companies, we decided to choose AllWays Moving to get part of our belongings from Toronto to Mahone Bay. We ultimately decided to book with AllWays after speaking to Steve. He is very knowledgeable and took time to explain the process and answered all of our questions (even the tough ones). The driver, Edwin, was very responsive, upfront and honest about timelines. He and his crew arrived when he said they would and our belongings arrived on time on the other end. The crew was quick, courteous and treated all of our furniture and boxes with care. I would not hesitate recommending this company to friends and family.
