Extremely poor quality and services
AAA's work is extremely poor as they hire non-experienced plumber perhaps not even with a licence. Can you believe when they did rough-in for our new built house, they didn't even tie in to the drain pipe?! After we installed the faucet and ready to use it, water poured into our dry wall and basement. We had to open our cabinet and wall, dig the hardwood floor for repair. All plumbers we later talked to said they have not heard or seen this type of mistake in their decades of career.
Additionally, when they installed our jet shower system rough-in, they did not position the jets correctly. As a result, the two rows of jet heads are too far apart, and the water from the jets cannot reach the body no matter how we adjust the heads. It has been a waste of money to invest in a high-end, expensive jet shower system that we hardly use.
