I lost a lot of valuable items through damage
Smashed an antique vanity ( shattered ( box must have been dropped because it was wrapped in bubble wrap in a box , then mover put in his own box , shredder damaged on corner . Sterling silver cabinet scraped on leg ,missing hardware, ( not covered ) gouge in painting ( not covered ) spoon memory scraped , gouge on side ( not covered ) , he boxed a keurig pot wihout lid , left grounding plugs in walls , left tv mount on wall , didnt know they were moving things in basement ( it was an entire move ) , Youssif boxed items in box upside down instead of straight up , I had to remind them 3 x to remove the paintings upstairs and the spoon rack .they moved a bed frame and didnt take the box spring , they also sent the mattress cover with tha5 bed to another location ( I was VERY clear where the frame and mattress were going ) I kept having to tell them , there was a mattress at the door ( it was the box spring ) they asked me again where it went .i said the mattress goes to my sisters ( apparently it was the box spring s9 they were very confused.
Refused to pay for new box spring , dismantled a mirror from dresser and didnt put it back on ( said maybe I wanted it down stairs ( I moved into a one bedroom unit . , didnt put the mattress on the frame .said just fiddle with it ( the one that they separated the box frame and mattress cover from. ) When I asked why things werent covered I was told that they were covered in the truck and removed to bring in ..into a building , then into a crowded elevator , then into a unit ( without being covered ? , they held the spoon rack uncovered in the crowded front of the truck . ( youssif said impossible to gouge ) , said the mirror wasnt packed by him ( he packed the box in his own box and write fragile on it
the one in a separate box with bubble wrap ) no response for missing hardware ( had it been wrapped , the hardware would be in there or
gouge in painting ( in family since 1960 ) .and why wouldnt you cover an expensive painting or wooden furniture ? I forgot the umbrella was off muy Lladro and my portable air conditioner ..the cord was so bent it detached from the air conditioner .

We apologize for trying to help you with your move, Paula's movers had abandoned her when she told them she didn't have the funds to pay them and asked me if I can do the move for her and if she could pay in a few weeks when she could afford it. We never had problems with clients before as you can see from previous reviews so we figured why not help the elderly in the community, we said no problem pay when you are comfortable. Obviously if we didn't have confidence in our movers I would not have waited for payment and would've requested it right away. As you can see from pictures provided by the client, the damages to the furniture and frame are clearly old damages. Fresh damages will show fresh wood. As for the box spring, she watched the crew take it to the truck and told them that goes in the lawn for her sister to pick up. She later stated that she thought it was the mattress and it was our fault for not arguing with her and telling her that the box spring had to go into the house. We apologize that we listen to what our clients as us to do and if they ask us to leave it on the curb that's what we do. As for the shredder you claimed we broke, since I did no see it, I offered you a discount on the bill to pay for the shredder, but in the end you refused to pay any of the bill. I understand that times are rough now and you couldn't afford the move and from what your previous movers stated, you just do not want to pay and that's why they did not do your move.
