We are new homeowners, and today was our first day in our new house. Disaster struck as our basement bathroom drainage backed-up and flooded our basement with dirty water. Called Blue Ribbon, someone answered immediately, and was here within 2 hours. He even took the time to call back to let me know when he was on his way from another job. Shanahen spent quality time dealing with our issue, and provided excellent service and advice. Even for an emergency Saturday call-out, we found the costs to be extremely reasonable. These guys are great, so happy they could help us in our situation.
