Alright people, you can forget about all other appliance repair companies. These guys are simply outstanding. From texting to advise when a serviceman will come (with updates), to courteous service advising on how to save money, to prompt follow-up. All very professional. But the clincher is: error code on 5 yr old Samsung washer said electronic door replacement needed. Part was ordered and installed. Didn't fix it. New error code, said replace mother board. Part ordered and installed. Worked when repairman tried briefly. Next day, didn't work. They amazingly took back and didn't charge for both parts, refunding me all the costs except the initial ~$70 service call. Hats off to Dmitri for his management, to Ali and to Viktor the repairmen. Full experience totally blew me away. Now gotta buy a new machine.

We were very pleased with the quick response we received when we called for an assessment of our leaking fridge. The technician was extremely professional and patient . He took time to explain the issue and it was all solved within an hour. We are very satisfied with the service and have no hesitation in recommending Dmitry and his team!

I wish I called Dimitri when I first started having issues with my commercial dishwasher.
I had called in different company about two months ago to fix a heating issue with my high temp glass dishwasher. This other company wasnt able to fix the problem after 3 visits. I had spent quite a bit on two parts and it still wasnt fixed. I was finally told that to fix the washer, I'd need to spend an additional $2200.
I called Dimitri for a second opinion.
He arrived for our appointment, and found the issue in no time. He saved me from paying for an unnecessary part.
He even followed up a couple days later to make sure things were still working.

Email response time was excellent, as were all answers to my many questions by email. The technician, Dimitri, arrived during the time period that we discussed, which was the same day! Dimitri was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. An all around good guy providing an outstanding experience. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to friends, family and clients.

Very happy with the service. I called last night about our dryer and got an appointment with the technician to suite our need as we work during the day. He called 45 minutes before to let us know he is on its way.
The technician was in and out of my house with the problem solved within 30 minutes.

The technician came on time and efficiently provided a quote for cleaning of the drain motor or, if required, its replacement. My choice was to replace the motor and I gave a deposit to the technician. However, over night, I changed my mind as my washer was old and called the owner in the morning. The owner truly cared about my experience during the appointment and provided honest opinion. He had no issues returning my deposit (minus the appointment fee) - what a relief it was for me! So, at the end, it was a good value for me to have this appointment. Thank you.

We had same day repair done by Dmitry and that was super fast! He inspected what was broken, went to the store, came back and fixed it all same day! Awesome awesome service!

No matter how many times i tried to dry my laundry my machine just didnt do the job! Found those guys online. Quick, affordable repair done. Back to quick drying again. Yaay!
