Dec 21st - Sam came reluctantly. Stood around punching buttons on fridge. We cycled the breaker in the hopes that fridge would be OK. Sam wanted to go and said he would call back later, but wanted $79.10 to "close out the ticket". I called him in afternoon when clear we still had a problem. Sam said he would come out next morning. Dec 22nd after noon- Sam called. said parts depot closed, so no point in coming out. Dec 24th - parts depot still closed, but he came in afternoon to do the diagnosis he should have done on the 21st. Identified bad CPU. Dec 27th - Sam returned and installed CPU. Fridge fixed. We did not get a detailed invoice but total came to $490. Charges seem a bit high, and they were poorly explained. Resolution of the problem was dragged out over the holidays by the wasted first visit. These folks get one star because the fridge does work, but I sure can't see using them again.
