It has been a delight to work with Hovig.
He has removed popcorn ceilings in 2 rooms for us.
It started with a fair quote, preceeded by punctual and precise work.
Hovig take pride in his work and it shows. He cares about his customers and their needs. Removing a popcorn ceiling is a messy affair but Hovig covered everything with extra care and sealed both rooms in a way that insured no dust would ever come out. Floors were protected, walls covered and everything was done efficiently and quickly.
I will not contact anyone else in the future for popcorn ceilings, painting or renovating.
I know from past experience how working with contractors could be frustrating. Not with Hovig.
I would highly recomend Apricot to anyone needing such work.

Hovig and Varya are the dream team. Varya is amazing in her communication and scheduling everything. Hovig arrives on time every time and is meticulous about the work that he is doing. Apricot Renovations were excellent contractors. The renovations needed to be completed within two weeks and the initial work, plus some substantial additions to the scope of work on our part, were completed on time. The work was professional and well done. Hovig had excellent suggestions as to how to approach the usual challenges renovating an old house. The Apricot team was extremely respectful and easy to work with. They took great care in their work, including protecting our furniture and cleaning up when finished in a particular space. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Apricot for any home renovation projects.

We needed custom paint job using special metallic paint. We had five painters visit the property to provide solution and quote. Only APRICOT was able to suggest the best solution and explained clearly the process and expected results.

We are glad we gave the job to Apricot. They di an amazing work and the room looks exquisite with antique metallic gold trims. Every one of our friends that saw the paint job were very impressed.
