I've used them a few times. Unfortunately they've moved to a new flat pricing model which is confusing and very expensive for basic repairs. You now pay $100 for them to come, refundable if you go with them. I needed a few straightforward things done and they would only quote me the first job - at an outlandish price - and told me if I included more jobs they would give me a package reduction. But pressured me to sign off on the first outlandish quote before they would give me the full pricing for the other repairs with a promise of a price reduction at the end. I refused and made him quote the full job, with pricing reductions so I knew up front what I was paying for. They ended up doing unnecessary work on my kitchen pipes which turned out to be a faucet issue, after I paid $500 to replace the intake pipes which didn't need to be replaced at all.
Technicians are friendly, arrive on time, customer service is great. Unfortunately due to the new pricing model and pressure tactics I can't use them again. Flat pricing works if you have a complex job but is exorbitant if you have straightforward work. 90 mins of work cost me $1500 (which did include a generic fill valve part cost).
