Complex Windows

Mike installed 8 windows (with maple jam extensions made on site), 2 swinging doors, and a sliding glass door. Mike also did my window and door casings. I was very happy with all the work, which looks and operates very well. I enjoyed working with and spending time with Mike and would recommend him to others.

I had my sliding doors at the back of the house replaced. Michael was very easy to communicate with throughout. He came by to give a quote in a timely manner … was respectful of our house. Quote was very reasonable ( others who gave an estimate were upwards of 3X the price). He got the job done in a timely manner, it looks beautiful, slides well … very please. I will absolutely use Michael again for any doors or windows jobs I need done. I also highly recommend him.

Mike and his team did a great job replacing all windows and Patio door in my house. The crew showed up on time, did the installation work with professionalism and care, cleaned up everything and left behind a family of happy customers. All windows look great and we can feel the immediate impact ability to insulate the heat from outside. I also got the patio doors with mini blinds inside, and they are just great.

I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, workmanship and friendly service! My neighbour and I both had our windows replaced by Complex Window and I am so pleased that we chose Mike and his team. From the initial discussions to coming onsite for the measurements to the final install, Mike and team took the time to answer all my questions and provide me with all the required information until I was comfortable. Their service is outstanding, they showed up on time and didn’t rush to get the job done. They take great pride in their work and even when they were done with my house, when they started my neighbour’s house, they made sure to stop by and ask me if everything was ok and whether there was anything else I needed or whether they could answer any questions.

When I was getting quotes from other (bigger) companies, I was highly underwhelmed by their lack of customer service particularly when these other companies expected me to do all the measurements for them just to get a quote! Mike was happy to come to my home and do the measurements, introduce his company and share his service philosophy; and that type of personal touch certainly goes a long way! I will definitely be recommending Mike and Complex Windows to my family and friends!
