Great response time from Vanity, was here 3 hours after I contacted them to patch up the storm damages. I decided to do a full Shingle Replacement to get these 3 tab shingles off my roof. Service Date was met as promised. The crew was very careful to protect our property with high level of Customer Service, very approachable. Workmanship is outstanding, we are extremely satisfied with the results. We're very confident with CertainTeed Pro Shingles. The design seems to hold up the super high winds we've been getting, gauging on neighborhood roofs. Thank you Vanity

I received a number of quotes to replace my roof and Vanity was the most competitive and had the shingle I wanted (Certainteed Landmark Pro). The labour and shingle warranty is second to none. The workmanship was awesome and the staff were friendly and courteous. This company is also super responsive, from Tony for quoting/advice to Kevin for any installation issues. Shawn and his team did an awesome install of the shingles and skylight, I'm very happy with the job! I would highly recommend this company and the shingles we chose.

I hired Vanity Roofing to replace the roof on my Home in Ottawa in September of 2020.

I was impressed right from the initial meeting with the salesman who was organised and took the time to explainn every part of the process and the choices of products to be used.
The Price was competitive.
Communication during the entire process was to knotch.
Installation was on time and professional and the after installation service was above and beyond.

I honestly cannot say anything negative and I would recommend Vanity Roofing to anyone who is looking for a top quality roofer to work on their home.

We recently had Vanity Roofing resurface our flat garage roof (with modified bitumen). What was initially estimated to be a one week job took three months, however I can understand that this was due to supply chain problems because of the Covid situation, so I have no complaints about that. We are also fairly satisfied with the final product and had no difficulty with the conduct of the workers or the management. However there was one serious problem, and that was with the final price, which was quite a shock, since it was essentially twice the initial estimate. I believed that we had a clear understanding of what was to be done at the start, which was captured in the Work Order that I signed as our agreement. In hindsight I believe that the substantial "extra costs" that were added at the end should have been anticipated and included in the initial estimate.

A big thank you to Vanity Roofing for the amazing roof I got done for my rental properties. I had 5 to do and I was thinking this would cost me so much but once I spoke to Vanity roofing and they educated me on the work that would be done (which shingles, which products, how to fix it, etc) I was happy to see that it all came to a reasonable price and it ended up being a lot less expensive then I expected.

Thank you Vanity for a masterful job. From the outset, we were very impressed with Vanity’s professionalism. They took the time to sit down and discuss the roofing systems they offered and the various warranty options. The proposal described in detail the work to be performed and They promptly answered every question we had.
On the scheduled day of the installation, the crew introduced themselves and proceeded with the installation keeping attention to detail throughout the install. They continually kept the work area clean, regularly sweeping the work area and using a magnet caddy to sweep all the loose nails. The quality of the Landmark shingles was very noticeable compared to my existing shingles.
When the job was complete, Kevin, the roof master conducted a thorough inspection of the work and provided us with several pictures of the completed work. He also took the time to check for any loose nails/debris.

Coming home to clean the driveway after a tough day is not fun. Even worse when having to deal with a puddle in the foyer. We had a leak in our roof after couple shingles had flown off most likely during the fall. My husband and I never noticed anything at the time. Ironically our neighbor two doors down talked to us about a whole section of his roof missing after the wind storm. Vanity roofing was there repairing their roof. My husband had a chat with the crew and they kindly gave us a company magnet we placed on our fridge. Well, it came in handy that night after work. Vanity Roofing came by the following day .They inspected the roof and plywood before patching it up and luckily we didn't have any significant damage. More than happy with the service. Again thank you guys.

Excellent company, considerate staff. Price on quote was the price we paid on the invoice. Only bad was they said they accept credit cards but failed to mention a 1.5% free.
