Juan and Tony are great guys, very friendly and professional. Juan provided insight and advice for options we could consider and the team was very polite. They were able to help us by removing a portion of wall in our basement to gain proper access for our furnace and to meet code. They kept the workspace tidy, did a very neat job, and cleaned up really well when they were done. Highly recommended.

Juan and his team are reliable and accommodating. Construction work was on time with no hidden costs. Good contractors are hard to come by, and I would recommend Pedra Basements for those looking to do renovations.

Basement Repair/Restoration

Fire & Water Damage Restoration review in Toronto

When we had a water line and drain pipe break in our basement, it caused severe water damage. We hired Pedra Basements to do the repair work.

Juan was very friendly and professional. He walked us through the scope of the project and ensured us that he could complete the work within our budget.

He removed the water logged laminate and cut back the damaged drywall of the conduit that encased the pipe. Afterwards, new flooring was laid and the drywall replaced. Our basement looked like new!

As this occurred over the Christmas holidays, Juan made sure that there was minimal disruption to our household. He kept the renovation area clean and clear of hazards to our little ones.

I would highly recommend this company and his services!
