Did not clean, and left the stove and oven on

I scheduled and apartment cleaning and paid extra to have the oven and dishwasher interiors cleaned. I returned home after the "cleaning" to find that they did not sweep, dust, or vacuum. The only way I could tell they even came in at all was that they LEFT THE OVEN AND STOVE ON. They then had the audacity to only offer me a partial refund and a discount for future services, as if I'd ever trust them in my apartment again. Literally could not recommend this company less.
